As a plumbing estimator, you will play a critical role in helping us to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for evaluating plumbing projects, preparing cost estimates, and developing accurate project budgets. You will work closely with engineers, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fire Protection | Sprinkler estimating, a deep understanding of Fire Protection | Sprinkler systems and materials, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints, prepare detailed cost estimates, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-5+ Years experience in plumbing estimating.
-Fire Protection | Sprinkler field experience preferred.
-Familiarity with computer programs such as QuoteSoft, Excel, Microsoft Word, or similar software, QBO.
-Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
-Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
-Great time management skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The best candidate for the estimating manager position has a background in construction, and project management, and experience estimating for multiple divisions of a company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating estimates for commercial buildings and homes, as well as managing current projects. We are looking for someone who can also translate complex information into an understandable and concise document. This position is a great opportunity for an estimator who wants to hone their skills further to move up the corporate ladder.
Responsibilities:
Create and build estimates that are accurate and not over budget.
Be able to manage a team of estimators.
Have a strong command of Excel.
Have strong financial management and leadership skills.
